Our Girls
We swore up and down for years that we would never EVER have goats on our farm. WELL, after having to drive an hour each way to get goat's milk for our house piglet Cinderella, we decided to invest in a couple of milk goats. Plus a couple of cute little girls have been begging for months after watching a Homesteady episode about goats. After doing some research we (I) decided to go with Nigerian Dwarves for their size and demeanor. Both girls are registered, milk stanchion, hand and machine milking broke, which is a big thing for me. With that we introduce to the farm,
